  • Patrick is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and capital markets.
  • He was an Executive Vice President and CFO of Encore Bancshares, Inc. where he led that publicly-traded institution's accounting, corporate treasury, finance, investor relations and procurement functions.
  • He managed the treasury functions at Sterling Bancshares, Inc. including all aspects of funding, liquidity, investments, capital and management of interest rate risk.
