Phil builds relationships with life science entrepreneurs and investors, helping them meet their goals with the right mix of banking products and services. 

Outside the Square
  • Guided back-country fly fishing expeditions in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
  • Researched Winston Churchill's original journals culminating in the thesis, The Dunkirk Deliverance and British Euro-Skepticism
  • Met wife singing karaoke, tip: Escape (The Pina Colada Song) by Rupert Holmes is irresistable.

  • Prior to joining Square 1, Phil spent 10 years with Capital Advisors Group, most recently serving as SVP of Business Development, where he brought in over $800 million in new assets.
  • While at Capital Advisors Group, Phil also served as Marketing Director where he designed and implemented integrated campaigns in support of new product launches.
